Welcome Bill Richardson
It is my great pleasure to announce Bill Richardson as our new General Manager. We look forward to Bill coming on board on December 9th, and will be working with Ann until her retirement at the end of the year.
Bill brings with him lots of Aloha and 9 years experience in residential management. His last position at One Ala Moana in Honolulu, a luxury high-rise project, where his skills in working with owners, employees and board members allowed him to quickly advance from an Operations Manager position to that of General Manager.
Bill also has also worked in law enforcement, both in Honolulu and in western Washington.
