  • Annual Meeting Date Change

    At the Board of Directors meeting on November 19th, the Board made the difficult decision to move the Annual Owner’s Meeting from Saturday, February 27th, 2021 to Saturday, March 27th, 2021. After meeting on Saturday, March 27th, 2021, the Board adjourned the meeting and rescheduled it to Saturday, September, 25th, 2021. This decision was made due to the current travel and gathering restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our Bylaws require that the Annual Homeowners Meeting must take place within 3 months of the fiscal year end, but may be adjourned and rescheduled thereafter.     The pools project committee has provided the following materials for your review. Dear Owners, This is an overview of the Pool Projects. The furniture is still being reviewed but this gives a rough idea of what we are thinking to take advantage of the new space at the F pool area with the pergola gone.  Why did the pergola have to be demolished? Because it was rotten and a safety hazard. Why was the pergola not replaced? Simple answer- $$$ a lot of it!   • Enforcement of Pet Policy

    Aloha Makena Surf Owners, Management would like to send a reminder to the ownership concerning pets on property. Makena Surf will be enforcing the no pet policy found in the Declarations and House Rules stating there shall be no keeping of any animals on property.  We understand that owners and employees may have fed cats found on property in the past. This past inconsistency may have aided to current issues now, but the Board would like to rectify and clarify this now. Unfortunately, there has been an increase in damage caused by both cats and chickens alike on vehicles, lanais, landscaping, and other areas. Numerous owners have asked management to…
