Annual Meeting Date Change

At the Board of Directors meeting on November 19th, the Board made the difficult decision to move the Annual Owner’s Meeting from Saturday, February 27th, 2021 to Saturday, March 27th, 2021. After meeting on Saturday, March 27th, 2021, the Board adjourned the meeting and rescheduled it to Saturday, September, 25th, 2021.

This decision was made due to the current travel and gathering restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our Bylaws require that the Annual Homeowners Meeting must take place within 3 months of the fiscal year end, but may be adjourned and rescheduled thereafter. We hope that this delay will allow more time for travel and gathering restrictions to ease and as a result, allow more owners to participate in the 2021 meeting.

As always, the owner’s packet will still be sent out in advance of the meeting.

    I may well be missing something. However, it seems strange to get a notice of the Annual meeting change date and a deadline for filing to be a nominee for the Board WITHOUT any documentation about how many have an expiring term and who has or has not indicated whether they are interested in being re-elected.

      Aloha Mr. Louchheim, if you visit our Contact page we have added term dates for each Board member. This year, we have 3 expiring terms and 2 open positions to fill for a total of 5 spots to vote for. In the 30 day notice that will go out next month, current Board members will have their statements of interest included.
